From this page, anyone can view the RSOC log of significant events,
including the status of open trouble tickets.
Anyone can also open a new trouble ticket.
RSOC Help Desk Personnel can add, edit and delete entries to the log.

View Log Statistics:
RSOC Log Statistics
show the number of open/closed trouble tickets and informative log entries as well as
statistics on time to first response and time to closing trouble tickets.
